_One off worlds is a limited series of unique pieces created by Gala Fernández in collaboration with CuldeSac for La Granja Royal Glass Factory.

While each lamp represents a different world – special and unique – all of them belong to a universe that shares the same material and background. Each item is composed of existing pieces from diverse past and present collections of chandeliers, and from other catalogues of the house. These fragments are recycled, rescued and combined with ex novo hand-blown spheres and plates.

In some cases we find clear glass and in others glass tinted with different colours. Sometimes the components are plain; in others they are enamelled, mirrored or engraved. These variations give a special identity to each of these celestial objects, enabling the creation of small planetary systems.
